Dry Offset Printing:

Exal utilizes dry offset printing technology on all production lines throughout the geographic footprint of the organization.The dry offset printing process combines the characteristics of letterpress and offset. A special plate prints directly onto the blanket of an offset press, and the blanket then offsets the image directly onto the container. The process is refered to as dry offset because the printing plate is not dampened with water as it would be in the offset lithography process.

Recently Exal has pushed the traditional limits dry offset printing with the development of  high definition printing technology.
